BIN LEVEL INDICATOR Standard and Fail Safe versions

The new BinMaster BMRX-100/200/300 series can be rotated once installed. This unique feature makes it easy to ensure conduit entries are always pointed toward the ground, mitigating the risk of moisture damaging internal components. New wire guides ensure wires don’t get stuck as you push them through conduit entries. All models work in solid material with a bulk density of 2 lb. to over 100 lb./cu. ft.

The BMRX-100 is a general purpose basic model has no printed circuit board, and is for use in ordinary conditions. A SPDT relay output can be wired to a horn or light.

The BMRX-200 / 300 have additional features including a PCB, a DPDT relay, and fail-safe high and low.  Both models feature Surface-Mount Electronics that are more resistant to vibration compared to through-hole mounts.

The BMRX-300 rotary level switch is equipped with a prominent LED indicator light built into its design. The vibrant LED transitions between green (turning) and red (stopped), signaling the paddle’s movement status and indicating when the bin is full or empty. When the BMRX-300 is mounted to the side of the vessel, the bright green or red light remains visible from a distance of up to 100 feet.
