Quantity and Model: 2 Fluidwell N410 Batch Controllers. Fluidwell displays and batch controllers
Enclosure: Installed within a NEMA4 Enclosure, which offers protection against environmental contaminants such as dust and water, crucial in maintaining the hygiene standards required in food processing.
Controls: The enclosure features Start, Hold, and Reset buttons, providing operators with essential control over the batching processes, crucial for achieving the desired consistency and quality in yogurt production.

Selector Switches:
Configuration: 2 sets of 3-position selector switches.
Functionality: These switches allow for selective control over the inputs into three mixing tanks that receive both oil and water, enabling precise adjustments to the ingredient ratios based on the yogurt recipe requirements.

Flow Meters for Oil and Water:
Oil Flow Meter: MacNaught MCN-MX25P-2TA with a Tri-Clamp Connection, chosen for its suitability in oil service, particularly in food-grade applications where material integrity and cleanliness are paramount.
Water Flow Meter: Hoffer HOF-HO3/4X3/4-2.5-29-C-1MX-NPT-IND-X, also featuring a Tri-Clamp Connection, selected for its precision and reliability in water measurement, ensuring the correct hydration levels in yogurt formulations.
