Suitable for water, rainwater, wastewater, raw sewage Transit time difference flow-meter

Aysix Stebatec LDM: Ultrasonic Multi-Path flow meter for wastewater, raw sewage and rainwater flows. The LDM is a calibrated measuring device for the measurement of the non-reflux flow of wastewater in open channels or canals. 10 flow velocity measuring sections distributed over the entire cross-section provide accurate flow values when the sensor is partially or completely filled. The level measurement is integrated in the housing of the device.

The contamination resistant system is suitable for water, rainwater, wastewater, raw sewage as well as biologically and chemically contaminated wastewater and for media with variable conductivity. This powerful measuring device measures even the lowest filling levels with high reliability. The LDM is available without flanges and is clamped between two pipes using bolts / threaded rods. This versatile measuring device does not need to be calibrated on site, as the calibration is done entirely at the factory. Available for pipes from 150 – 1200 mm

The LDM has the following features:

  • Can be used in partially filled pipes in the water and wastewater industry
  • Has a high resistance to abrasion and chemicals
  • Does not have to be calibrated on site, as calibration is carried out completely at the factory

The LDM can be used to measure flow rates of the following liquids:

  • Water
  • Rainwater
  • Wastewater
  • Untreated wastewater
  • Biologically and chemically polluted wastewater

Application areas

  • Volume measurement in municipal wastewater associations
  • Wastewater outflow control for industrial plants
  • Measuring drainage water
  • Mining and process water measurements in mining and tunneling
  • Cost accounting measurement
  • Extraneous water measurement
  • Rainwater measurement
