Gas Sub-metering

Our recent Natural gas sub-metering project was for a large industrial Natural gas user.

A total of four Aysix-Sage series 300 Thermal Mass Flow Meters were used. One to monitor total gas flow into the plant and the remaining three for metering natural gas lines to their furnace. Flow measurement was performed using Thermal Mass Flow Meters with the measured output signals connected to a Aysix OMNI

The engineering, assembly, wiring and programming was done by Cancoppas.

Customers can retrieve the stored data via CSV files. The Aysix Netmeter-OMNI also produces a web page for remote viewing of the measured data. This is an Enbridge approved system that conforms to the criteria for energy efficiency programs offered to large consumers of Natural Gas in Ontario by Enbridge Gas.

The Aysix-Sage Thermal Mass Flow meters are factory calibrated to meet the specific nature and percentage of various gases being measured.
