The SCA has an alpha-numeric LCD display that is backlit and UV protected. The first line displays the type, reading, and units of the sensor. The second line displays the temperature for DO, pH, and ORP sensors.

The DCA has a graphical LCD display that is backlit and UV protected. There are two lines per sensor for standard sensor information. The top line displays the channel number, and temperature for DO, pH, and ORP sensors. The bottom line displays sensor type, reading, and units of the sensor.

The MCA has a graphical LCD display that is backlit and UV protected. There are two lines per sensor for standard sensor information. The top line displays the channel number for all sensors and temperature for the DO, pH, and ORP sensors. The bottom line displays sensor type, reading, and units of the sensor. The unit comes standard with four sensor inputs, upgradable to eight by adding a daughter board.

The MCX provides 8 analog outputs that are isolated active 4-20mA, and each analog output may be assigned to any sensor channel. There are also 4 independent programmable set point control relays that may be assigned to any sensor channel.

The MCX is connected to the MCA by a 3 wire RS485 Modbus connection. The RS-485 interface allows for greater flexibility when deciding where to mount the MCA and MCX in your plant. The MCA and MCX may be located up to 1000 feet from each other.

The MCX configurations of the Modbus connection, analog outputs, and set point relays are done at the MCA.

Sensor Transmitter (ST 2) will wirelessly connect any 20 Series sensor with the Process Transmitter (PT 2). Compatible sensors include DO, SS, pH, and ORP sensors. The 20 Series system allows for flexible and economical process monitoring and control.

The ST 2 has an outdoor line of sight range of up to 1500 feet. If the PT 2 is mounted indoors, the closest ST 2 should be within 600 feet. The ST 2 links together with other ST 2’s and the host PT 2 to form a ZigBee compliant RF network with self-healing mesh technology ensuring trouble-free communications. This significantly reduces installation costs as the there is no need for interconnecting cable or conduit.

Process Transmitter (PT 2) multi-channel analyzer is part of the unique 20 Series System that combines advanced electronics with the latest in sensor technology. The PT 2 will wirelessly communicate with up to 16 Sensor Transmitters (ST 2) which work with any combination of DO, SS, pH, or ORP sensors. This system allows for flexible and economical process monitoring and control.

The PT 2 has an outdoor line of sight range of up to 1500 feet. If the PT 2 is mounted indoors, the closest ST 2 should be within 600 feet. The PT 2 and its sensors form a ZigBee compliant RF network with self-healing mesh technology. This ensures trouble-free communications. The back lit display can be programmed to show one, two, four, eight, or sixteen sensor readings continuously. If only one channel is displayed a trend graph of the last twenty four hours for that sensor will also be displayed. All sensor status and readings can be sent to the SCADA system or to a PLC via the two wire RS485 ModBus output.

The IPM Portable Meter is a unique instrument that combines advanced electronics with exceptional functionality and ease of use. The meter will accept any standard portable DO, SS, pH, or ORP sensor and will automatically configure itself for the correct operation. The quick-disconnect, mil-spec connectors allow for quick sensor swaps. The meter includes a 250 point data logger that records sensor type, sensor reading, date, time, and location. The included Portalog software offers several sort options to customize the downloading and reporting of collected data. The rechargeable batteries allow for 8+ hours of use between charges.
