This includes the precise mounting and integration of positioners and actuators to meet a wide range of application requirements.

The project described below is an example of a custom mounting kit developed for a valve assembly provided by one of our customers:

Using Autodesk Inventor, we created a detailed 3D model of the actuator and valve assembly. To validate the design, we produced a plastic prototype using in-house 3D printing. Following successful verification of dimensions and fit, we CNC-machined in-house the custom mounting blocks and fabricated the necessary linkage components. We then assembled the system with a PMV D30 digital positioner, completing setup and calibration in-house.

The final assembly operates with a regulated supply pressure of 20–35 PSIG and modulates the valve position from full open to full close via a 4–20 mA control signal.
